The project is currently estimated to cost $19 million. This should see the building completed and furnished ready for occupation.

To date, the land purchase and the work of planning permission and building design has cost approximately $1.5 million and this has been paid for from existing funds of the Banner of Truth.

In addition to the funding for the work already completed, the Banner of Truth has approximately $7 million in cash and property assets that can be put towards the new facilities. This leaves a funding gap of $12 million. This is the sum that we are seeking to raise in our fundraising activities.
